I call this one the Bench of Pondering.
The Bench of Pondering is a place to sit while you Ponder the Orb.
Earlier this month I delivered and installed this bench, which I built to go along with Lithadelic Sphere the 8th.
Both were created as commissioned works of art, for a repeat customer/patron of mine, in Lackawaxen Pennsylvania.
Each side of the sphere is different colors and stone types. This face is bluestone, with Vermont purple slate inlay.
A good fit. Bench top sits in there nicely with no wobble. Truth be told, this is far from my first boulder bench. In fact–this same customer commissioned from me my very first and second benches, back in 2012.
Where can I see your art in person?
These are both on private land, but I keep getting asked if people can visit them. Here is a link to my works on public display.
Thank you
