We’re excited to welcome Devin Devine of @devineescapes, our workshop instructor, who will introduce kids to the craft of masonry and give them the opportunity to learn directly from a skilled trades person.
There’s nothing quite like learning from someone who has spent time mastering a craft. The techniques, the tools, the problem-solving, the little adjustments that come with experience, this is knowledge that goes beyond a textbook.
Masonry is about more than bricks and mortar.
It involves spatial reasoning, precision, patience, and understanding how individual pieces come together to create something strong and lasting.
At Spark, we want kids to work with real materials, learn from people with real-world skills, and discover what they’re capable of creating with their own hands.
